The documentation and the Basic Support Service included is the best way to do a smooth knowledge transfer to your developers and administrators. We will install GoalBit products on your own or rented servers. We will provide you with a detailed step-by-step installation and configuration documentation and we will provide you with our Basic Support service.

If you need special support or training we offer you the Enhanced Support Service for the first months to quickly introduce you with the system operation and mantainance, as well as system fine tuning and adjustment.

 

Working mode

  • After you have bought our services we have to schedule the deployment of the system in your own or rented servers. This coordination can be done by e-mail or chat (or phone if you have an active Enhanced Support Service). Once the coordination is completed and the Terms and Conditions of the product accepted we can start working inmediately
    Subject to availability of our installation team.
  • Servers are intalled remotely using SSH or RDP protocols. We need root/admin access to your servers in order to install and configure the entire system.
