The main Goalbit Media Monitor function is to display through a web page a summary of the streaming status of every channel being monitored. For every channel its audio and video channel its monitored, for every stream of it. Furthermore, third party applications may log the Quality of Experience collected.

To manage monitored channels a list of them is shown, giving the possibility of easily removing or adding a channel with a .goalbit file or link. 

Failure notifications are automatic, via Email, SMS web services, and such. Frequencies of alerts can be established, along with monitoring priorities.
